If you would like to get more out of our sessions, you can book hourly add ons where we can discuss any of the following as needed:

• Education on physiological birth + what you and your partner might expect leading up too, and during the three stages of birth
• Understanding informed consent, your pregnancy, and birth rights
• How you as the birth partner can offer physical and emotional support + comfort and coping strategies during the birth process
