Birth Planning Virtual Support

What is a birth plan? A carefully laid out list of informed decisions that you have made in advance, that can be referenced by your team during the birth process. 

Why is a birth plan important? Your birth experience matters, and you deserve to feel informed, confident, safe and respected. There may be many decisions that you have to make during your birth process that impact your overall experience. Although things can, and may, change based on you and your baby's needs, making these decisions ahead of time will allow for you and your partner to feel more confident, and allow space to focus on your experience. You will be following a birth plan regardless, either yours or your providers- it is important that you have an informed say. 

This support includes:

• Intake form to assess your unique wants/needs from the sessions
• 3, 60 minute virtual planning sessions 
• 3 follow up emails with educational resources, notes, and questions to ask your provider
• Complete birth plan sent via email, with 1 revision ≥
